Just days after the launch of Xcent special anniversary edition, Hyundai India has now launched a 20th Anniversary edition of Grand i10 hatchback in India called ‘Hyundai Grand i10 20th Anniversary edition’.
Available only in Sportz mid-level variant in both Petrol and Diesel. The Grand i10 20th Anniversary edition will be priced Rs. 6.05 lakh for the petrol version while the diesel model will be sold at Rs. 7.06 lakh (both ex-showroom prices, Ahmedabad). These special editions offer benefits of upto Rs. 55,000 on the petrol variant, while the diesel variant offers benefits worth Rs 66,000.
Like its elder sibling, the changes are limited to exterior makeovers and interior embellishments to highlight the purpose of the limited production run. It includes special edition badge, red side body decals, blacked out B-Pillar, roof-mounted rear spoiler with integrated brake lights and a hubcaps. On the inside, it gets sporty red-black dual-tone color theme and a 6.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
The Grand i10 20th Anniversary edition will not see any changes to the mechanicals – 1.2-litre 4 cyl petrol engine mated to a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed automatic, whereas the 1.1-litre 3 cyl diesel engine is only available with a 5-speed manual gearbox. It carries all the features of the regular Sportz trim and will be delivered in a period of 10 days from booking.
