The spied pictures of the facelifted Maruti Dzire has been floating around for a while now, but folks at GaadiWaadi have managed to snap a front shot of the refreshed compact sedan completely undisguised, baring its new face. It is now reported that facelift Dzire would be launched by next-month or January-2015.
From what we can see, the only significant change comes in the form of a new thick chrome slat on front grille which reminds me of Honda cars, and new chrome fog lamp inserts similar to those seen in Suzuki Alivio (Ciaz in China). Also note the blackened-out headlamps and an all-new bumper with redesigned airdam.
The side profile of the facelifted Dzire is enhanced by the new 10-spoke alloy wheels, and the keyless access request button is seen on the door handle which confirms that the Dzire too will get this feature after the Swift. It will also get a new blue shade, which is also given on the hatchback sibling. The rear end too gets the revised bumper and slightly modified components.

On the inside, the facelifted Dzire gets new seat upholstery, push start/stop button, keyless entry, steering mounted audio controls and call, new high defined music system supporting connectivity with Bluetooth, electronic and retractable ORVMs. Just like the hatchback sibling, the updated Swift Dzire is expected to see a mileage improvement of around 10 per cent.
