The Bajaj Pulsar a brand that has been there since more than a decade now, but still seems just as fresh. Thanks to the regular updates done to the bike in terms of, styling as well as the technology and not to mention the increase in power as it gets matured. In these years Bajaj as a company has also grown with new partner like KTM and the old ones like Kawasaki.

The latest addition to the Pulsar portfolio in India was the Pulsar 200 NS, which is yesterday launched in Indonesia. The selling and service support will be managed by Kawasaki in Indonesia. Apart from just selling and service of the Bajaj bikes, has previously stated Kawasaki has tweaked the bike to suit the Indonesian market. The Pulsar 200 NS will be exported from Bajaj’s Chakan plant and will be assembled in Indonesia by Kawasaki.

Compared to the Indian version there aren’t many changes done to the bike, apart from handle bars seem more up-market painted in matte black rather than the glossy finish here. Also comes wrapped with a new design decals with the much needed tank pad, which is omitting on the Indian model. Furthermore, on the instrument console Bajaj logo gets replaced with the Kawasaki-Bajaj name, re-positioned front number plate along with tyre pressure and chain slackness information written on the swing arm. Slight difference is also seen in on the ‘RPM LIMIT’ embedded on reserve indicator.

BIn IndonesiaKawasaki-Bajaj Pulsar 200 NS is priced at 23.3 million Indonesian Rupiah (around Rs. 1.34 lakh). Bajaj MD, Rajiv Bajaj has already expressed his plans to standardize its bikes across the global, which means the changes done to the Indonesian version of the bike might soon reflect in the upcoming Pulsar in India.
