Tata Motors is all set to launch its updated Indigo Manza called as Tata Manza Club Class on 16th October in Mumbai, and alongside that Maruti Alto 800 will be launched on the same day. The new Manza will be adding a lot of things to it and is expected to gain much popularity compared to the existing generation of Manza car.

Apart from this, Tata Motors has also confirmed the launch of its new Safari Storme SUV next-day on 17th October. Also there are reports that the Manza ‘Aqua, Aura, Aura ABS and Elan’ variant monikers will make way for more conventional LS, LX, VX and EX variant badging. The entry level diesel variant will have a new 75 PS and 190 Nm 1.3-litre Multijet engine, while new features are being offered on the new Manza with prices being disclosed closer to launch dates.

The company will introduce a new top-end trim called the EXL. This variant EXL will get features such as touchscreen navigation, automatic climate control, ABS, alloy wheels and premium leather seats. The vehicle will have a new design of 8 spoke alloy wheels and enhanced use of chrome in its exterior along with a contrasting roof.

If Tata Motors is able to price their new model competitively as this will do wonders to boost sales in their C-Segment. The current Tata Manza is available both in petrol and diesel variants. Its petrol engine is a 1.4-litre offering 90 bhp and 116 Nm torque while there is a 1.3-litre Fiat Multijet diesel engine offering 90 bhp and 200 Nm torque both mated to a five speed manual transmission.
