The company calls it as the ‘New Dual-Tone Edition’ and says it’s inspired by the traditional Suzuki Racing Colours. In order to gain additional market share and sales, the Japanese manufacturer needed an attractive design for the Gixxer and the result was this dual tone paint scheme. The Gixxer looks quite sporty in the Pearl Suzuki Blue/Pearl Mirage White combination, and the new graphics enhances its overall appeal.

Furthermore, the Gixxer dual-tone edition gets clear-lens indicators while those on the regular Gixxer 155 are orange-coloured ones. And note the racing strips on both the rims. These two features are already seen on the fully-faired Gixxer SF. Prices for the Gixxer dual-tone edition isn’t revealed yet. But if you plan to go for this colour scheme, you need to shell-out slightly more over the regular variant.

Apart from that, there are no mechanical or design changes. The Suzuki Gixxer 155 is powered by a single-cylinder, air-cooled, 155cc engine producing 14.6 BHP @ 8000 rpm and 14 NM @ 6000 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox and delivers an ARAI certified mileage of 63.5 kmpl. It features a 266 mm disc brake at the front and a 130 mm drum brake at the rear for stopping power.
