Renault Scala Travelogue Edition
Last week, Renault India has launched a a special edition version of its sedan the Scala called ‘Travelogue edition’ at Rs. 9.78 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Available at Renault dealerships across the country, the accessory-rich edition includes Integrated Multimedia NAV system, rear sunshade, illuminated scuff plate, blinkers on ORVM and muffler cutter aimed at enhancing the travel experiences of sedan lovers across the nation.
With a focus on comfort and connectivity, the Scala Travelogue Edition offers the touch screen multimedia NAV system, which enables drivers to access an extensive list of functions, including updated navigation with voice, DVD player, Bluetooth connectivity, USB port, iPodTM connectivity, reverse camera portability and steering mounted controls for a more connected drive.
The Travelogue Edition certainly seems a value-for-money proposition because the on-sale price of 9.78 lakhs is just Rs 10,000 (approx) more than the top-of-the-line RXZ diesel variant. Also note that the Travelogue Edition is not available in the petrol line-up. Instead, it is only available in the RXZ Diesel trim.
Renault Scala Travelogue Edition is being offered for a limited period only till May 31, 2013, hoping to bring a boost in Scala sales, which have been dull around just 700 units monthly.
