Fiat India launched Linea and Punto Absolute editions

Fiat India recently launched two new variants of the Linea sedan and the Grande Punto hatchback, with additional features. Both of this models are limited edition and aimed at attract buyers during this festive season, the company has termed them as ‘Absolute’ editions. These ‘Absolute’ edition cars come with a customised accessory pack that offers additional value to customers at no extra cost.

The new editions get features like Touch screen GPS navigation systems, which also has smartphone functionality. The door sills get Punto and Linea badging on the respective cars, contoured splash guards, new grey coloured carpets and ‘Absolute’ badging on the car. Also, the Linea gets reverse parking sensors and a chrome strip on the boot. The GPS navigation system which has 3D maps with Bluetooth and multimedia functionality is powered by a 1Ghz processer running on the Android 2.3 OS, which they called ‘Car Pad’.

A festive accessory pack is offered free on every Fiat car and customers can avail maximum benefits of upto Rs. 78,000 on the Linea and Rs. 67,000 on the Punto. Apart from a range of accessories, the company is also offering insurance at a discounted rate along with free road side assistance & an exchange bonus. Fiat India is also in the process of setting up a new sales network, and is expected to have nearly 80 dealers by the end of the financial year.
