To increase its market share, Mitsubishi launched its Outlander having seven seats on 15th March, 2012. Mitsubishi hasn’t been able to prove itself in the SUV class and still trying to settle down its position. On the other hand we have hunky Endeavour from the Ford. The giant has descent amount of sale in upper class families. Following are some head to head comparison considering some essential features.

Exteriors

The exterior of Outlander is similar to its predecessor having sleek headlamps with Jet fighter like front grills. The sporty roof and metallic finish gives Outlander a dynamic class. The 16 inch spoke alloy wheels adds class to the car. However, the body of Endeavour is made up of Silver roof rails, Wraparound headlamps, side steppers by Aluminum, stylish and sleek body design etc.

Interiors

The new Mitsubishi Outlander has capacity to occupy as much as seven passengers comfortably. Stylish craftsmanship can be seen all in the car even in the corners. Lively and jazzy cabin makes driving experience more pleasurable. The beige seats offer high level comfort. But the interior of Ford Endeavour is much better than Outlander. Ford has made lots of craft work to design the interiors of Ford Endeavour. The leather upholstery has been used on the seats and door inner.

Engine

The Outlander is equipped with a 2.4 liter 16 Valve DOHC petrol engine which delivers maximum 6000 rpm and produce torque of 226 Nm with the help of 6 gears. While Endeavour comprises 2.5 and 3.0 liter TDCi diesel engine options. The 2.5 liter engine has potential to produce 3500 rpm in contrast 3.0 liter the same engine can able to produce maximum of 3200 rpm.

Mileage

The Outlander 2012 gives a decent mileage of 11 kmpl on highways and 8 kmpl in city where as the Endeavour produce efficient mileage of 12.5 on highways and 8.5 kmpl in city.
