It’s no secret that the Aprilia SR 150 scooter will be launched here in India, the production too has already commenced at Piaggio India’s Baramati plant in Maharashtra.
Now, the company has confirmed that it will begin sales of the Aprilia SR 150 from August 22, 2016 at Piaggio Group’s dealership network across India. Bookings are now open, and also you can avail cash-back offers when the booking is done through Paytm.
A total of 2 colours will be on offer – Matte Black and White. Power comes from Vespa 150’s single cylinder, 4-stroke, 150 cc engine with three valves that develops 11.4 BHP @ 7000 rpm and 11.5 Nm @ 5,500 rpm, mated to a continuously variable transmission.
Priced at Rs. 65,000 (ex-showroom), the Aprilia SR 150 deliveries will start by the end of August 2016.
